Just the thought of driving to an office and then dedicating 50 minutes to discuss what’s going on can be taxing.

Whether you travel for work or live coast to coast you can receive therapy with me not having lagging “breaks” and have access to me when you need it.

Thankfully technology has allowed access to therapy from anywhere you find yourself. All you need is a device (phone, tablet, computer) and some privacy and we are good to go.

Whether you are on the go, jet setting or just plain busy, online therapy can help you get in on your schedule wherever you may be.

How It Works

Schedule your consultation

Pick a time that works best for you and I will call you.
Our initial 15-minute call will allow you to ask me questions and see if we are a good fit for each other. If not, no worries I can refer you to colleagues who may be a better fit! Let’s do this.

Fill out your paper work and secure your spot through your portal

After filling out your paperwork and finding the best time on the schedule for you, secure it a few weeks out so that there is always a slot for you.
It doesn’t have to be the same time every week, just find what’s open and we are ready to go.
